SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via Lietuvos Paštas (Lithuanian Post).

 

Delivery times:

• Lithuania: 2-4 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• International: 10-20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at paulius.miliauskas@balticboar.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

International Shipping For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
